Bevel gear in ASTM ZA27

Material:ZA303 Zinc cast alloy is a proprietary material developed by SAM and an equivalent to ASTM ZA27. Both of ZA303 and ZA27 are applicable for gears and worm wheels operating in low temperature and under heavy load,eliminating low temperature brittleness of othe alloys. ZA303 is 20-30%lower in price than Tin Bronze and has a longer service life.

SAM adopts advanced computer controlled casting process to achieve sound castings in the foundry shop and CNC machine tools to obtain finished gears and worm wheels of high quality.
